Mangoneada Rita
INGREDIENTS:
1 mango
4 ounces tequila
Chile piquin (or tajin)
Salt
Chamoy to taste
2-3 limes
2-3 cups of ice
Tarugo (Mexican candy)
PREPARATION:
Rub rim of glass with lime, then in salt and chile piquin. Swirl chamoy inside of glass. In a blender, add cut-up mango, tequila, juice of limes, and ice. Blend to smoothie consistency. Pour into glass.
Garnish with tarugo candy and lime. Sprinkle chile piquin on top. Add extra chamoy if desired.
